AI Executive Summit 2026 is the invitation-only, in-person executive experience connected to Zendesk AI Summit. It brings together a curated group of senior leaders for keynote insights, candid conversations, private breakouts, peer exchange, and early visibility into the future of agentic service.

When and where is the AI Executive Summit 2026 taking place?

The in-person executive experience takes place at Chase Center in San Francisco from 2:00PM - 6:30PM PT on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.

Who is invited to attend?

The experience is designed for VP+ leaders across CX, contact center, IT, digital, AI, employee service, transformation, and service operations. Attendance is curated and invitation only.

How is the in-person experience different from the digital AI Summit?

The digital AI Summit is designed to make the content accessible to a global audience. The San Francisco experience is intentionally smaller and built around executive access: candid Q&A, private breakouts, direct interaction with speakers and Zendesk leaders, and high-value peer connection.

What topics will be covered?

The program will focus on agentic AI, autonomous service, AI strategy, real-world implementation, service transformation, and the leadership decisions required to move from experimentation to scale. Final session topics will be confirmed with the agenda.

Will I see new Zendesk AI innovations?

Yes. The current program is designed to include an early look at Zendesk AI innovation and the next evolution of autonomous service. Specific product announcements should remain high level until approved for external promotion.

Can I bring a colleague?

Because capacity is intentionally limited and attendance is curated, additional attendees should be requested through the Zendesk event team rather than forwarded the invitation directly.
