Can I bring a colleague to the event?

The programming and experience at the event is tailored to any professionals working within the customer experience industry. If you have a colleague you think would be interested, please ask them to register here. Only registered attendees will be able to attend the event.

Do I need to bring my laptop for the workshop or will they be provided?

You will need to bring your own laptop for the interactive session. Please come with your laptop fully charged. Wifi and login details will be provided upon arrival.

I'm new to Zendesk and/or AI, will this event be relevant to me?

Where can I find parking?

Valet parking will be available at a rate of $25 per vehicle. Valet service will be provided until the garage reaches capacity. Once full, additional vehicles will be directed to nearby self-parking facilities.
