Libby Gill knows change. She grew up on two continents and went to eight different schools before putting herself through college waiting tables. Starting her career as an assistant at Embassy Communications, a television company founded by the legendary Norman Lear, Libby survived three mergers to become head of publicity, advertising, and promotion for Sony’s worldwide television group in just five years.
After her first career heading communications at media giants Sony, Universal, and Turner Broadcasting, Libby founded LA-based Libby Gill & Company, a leadership consulting and executive coaching firm. She guides individuals and organizations to lead through change, challenge, and chaos by deeply engaging employees in a shared future-focused vision of success.

Tina Dobie is the Chief Customer Officer at Calendly, where she leads the Customer Experience team of experts to onboard customers, drive product adoption, and deliver world-class customer education and support.
Tina brings over two and a half decades of experience in the SaaS and management consulting industries, where she’s built and scaled global teams at high-growth organizations. Previously she was the Chief Customer Officer at WP Engine. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Client Services at Bazaarvoice. She’s also held brand management and consulting positions at Inquisite, Nestle USA, and AT Kearney.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, and was a Fellow for the Consortium for Graduate Studies in Management.
