What time does the event start and end?
 
The doors open at 8:30am for registration and lite breakfast. The keynote begins at 9:30am SHARP.  The event will close with lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm.
 
 
How do I get to the venue?
 
By Subway: Take the A, C, E, or L train to the 14th Street (8th Avenue) station. Walk west to West Side Highway and 15th Street.

 By Bus (From North/East/South): Take the M14, M20, or M11 bus to 14th Street. Walk west to the West Side Highway.
 
 
Where can I find parking?

Paid parking is available in the garage beneath Pier 57.

 

Will meals be served at the event?
Attendees will be provided a light breakfast and sit down lunch.
Is there a hotel room block or recommendations on where to stay?
While we do not have a room block this year, hotels close to the venue that we recommend include:  Selina Chelsea New York City, Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Midtown West, Holiday Inn Express New York City in Chelsea, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Midtown

 

 
Can I bring my colleague to the event?
 
The programming and experience at the event is tailored to any professionals working within the customer experience industry. If you have a colleague you think would be interested, please ask them to register here. Only registered attendees will be able to attend the event.

Yes, the event is free to attend but you must be registered.

 
 
Is there a dress code?
 
While there is no official dress code, we typically recommend business casual attire.
 
 
Are any sessions going to be recorded?
