De acordo com um estudo da MIT SMR Connections, que levantou quais são as práticas de empresas que se destacam em CX, mais de 80% dos “campeões” de CX já utilizam analytics de forma significativa na jornada do cliente. Além disso, essas companhias têm maior probabilidade de expandir o uso de ferramentas inteligentes para melhorar a experiência em curto prazo, como tecnologias que favoreçam a personalização, coleta de dados em tempo real, chatbot alimentado por inteligência artificial e experiências de omnichannel interligadas. 


Na outra ponta, os clientes esperam ter interações mais inteligentes com as companhias. Outro levantamento, este da Zendesk, o CX Trends 2023, mostra que 63% dos consumidores esperam que as marcas usem inteligência artificial para personalizar suas experiências. O mesmo estudo aponta ainda que 73% dos clientes acreditam que o uso de inteligência artificial em CX melhora a qualidade do atendimento.
