Esse comentário de Walter Hildebrandi, CTO da Zendesk Latam, em matéria da HSM Management, aponta que os esforços para desenhar uma excelente estratégia de CX podem ser em vão se, nos bastidores das companhias, os colaboradores estão desmotivados. “Se a relação do funcionário com a empresa está desgastada, como essa pessoa vai entregar para o consumidor uma grande experiência?”, questionou. 


A total experience (TX) é um dos caminhos para conciliar a experiência do cliente (CX) com a do colaborador (EX). O novo conceito surge do entendimento das empresas de que não é possível separar as estratégias de clientes da de funcionários. Segundo o Gartner, em até dois anos, organizações que cuidarem de TX superarão as concorrentes em 25% em métricas de satisfação tanto de CX quanto de EX.
