CX was my first love, and working with startups was my second. My first real experience was working with Quest Nutrition when they were a startup, and I had the honor of helping them grow into the 2nd fastest-growing company in North America (INC 500/5000). Since then, I have found a sweet spot of joy in working with startups across many different industries. There is nothing quite like it! More than a decade later, I am still deeply energetic about growing CX within startup spaces.

With over ten years of experience working in customer / client-facing roles and six years of experience managing teams, I've been lucky enough to have been part of many great (high-velocity) startups and organizations.
