Where and when does the event take place?

Our event will take place at The Pearl, located at 601 19th Street San Francisco CA 94607 on May 13th, 2025.

What time does the event start and end?

The doors open at 8:30am for registration and lite breakfast. The keynote begins at 9:30am. The event will close with lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm.

Where can I find parking?

 There is a public pay to park lot one block away from The Pearl, next to Crane Cove Park. We recommend utilitizing public transit or ride share. 

Can I bring my colleague to the event?

The programming and experience at the event is tailored to any professionals working within the customer experience industry. If you have a colleague you think would be interested, please ask them to register here. Only registered attendees will be able to attend the event.

Is the event free to attend?

Yes, the event is free to attend but you must be registered and have received a confirmation email from Zendesk.

Are any sessions going to be recorded?

Unfortunately, no sessions will be recorded.
