What time does the event start and end?
Doors open at 8:30am for registration and light breakfast, and the keynote will begin at 9:30am sharp. The event will end with a seated lunch starting at 12:15pm.

How do I get to the venue?
The closest public transportation is TTC Streetcar on Bathurst Street and King Street West, Subway Stations: St. Andrew on University Line or Bathurst on Bloor Line.Â

Where can I find parking?
There is no self-parking at the hotel, however, guests are welcome to park in the P2-P3 lot which can be accessed through Stewart Street. The cost is approx. $35-47 + tax. Valet parking is available for $45 + tax (up to four hours) and $65 + tax (four hours or more). Should you be arriving via car and require valet parking, we kindly ask that you bring your vehicle to the valet station at 51 Bathurst Street located just around the corner from our front entrance.Â
Will meals be served at the event?
Attendees will be provided a light breakfast and sit down lunch.
