Nesta edição do Showcase, o evento é gratuito e fechado para um grupo seleto de executivos C-Levels. Portanto, as inscrições são limitadas e intransferíveis. Cada inscrição será aprovada pela equipe organizadora.

Quais os horários do evento?
A abertura do credenciamento está prevista para às 8:00, abertura da plenária às 8:30 e às 9:00 inicia-se a programação de conteúdo da agenda. O evento ocorrerá o dia inteiro e a previsão de encerramento é às 18:00.

Como faço minha inscrição?

Você pode fazer sua inscrição diretamente na página do evento clicando em "Inscreva-se agora" no canto superior direito. Após o registro, sua inscrição ficará em uma lista de espera e será analisada. Você receberá a confirmação pelo e-mail registrado.

Quais são os requisitos para ter a inscrição aprovada e a minha participação confirmada? 

O evento é dedicado ao público de tomadores de decisão, de níveis hierárquicos gerenciais, de diretoria ou alta liderança. A Zendesk analisará os inscritos e a aprovação será concedida aos que se enquadrarem no perfil do público alvo. Além disso, o evento é limitado a 500 convidados, e a depender do volume de registros, o controle das aprovações é necessário para respeitar a capacidade do local.

Quais são os requisitos para acessar o evento no dia? 

Para acessar o evento, será necessário apresentar documento com foto e a sua credencial será gerada. Apenas participantes que possuírem a credencial terão o acesso permitido.

Onde posso acessar a agenda completa?

A agenda está disponível no site do evento, acesse clicando aqui (sujeita a alterações). Novas sessões e palestrantes serão adicionados na medida em que novos conteúdos forem definidos. Mais detalhes da agenda serão publicados em breve.

O evento terá tradução simultânea?

Para as sessões realizadas em inglês, a tradução em português será fornecida sem custo para o participante.

Terá internet no local?

Não serão fornecidos serviços de internet durante o evento.

O evento possui dress code?

Traje recomendado, mas não obrigatório: business casual.

Acesso ao local:

Parque Mirante - Rua Padre Antônio Tomás, 72 - São Paulo, Allianz Parque.
Entrada pelo Portão C1, e o credenciamento ocorrerá no Piso 6.
Acesso carros - O estacionamento do Allianz pode ser utilizado, pelo valor de R$ 70,00 a diária (não incluso). Recomendamos estacionar no piso 6 da garagem.
Acesso Táxi / Aplicativos - Desembarcar no Piso Térreo, para acessar o evento, subir pelo elevador até o piso 6.

Acessibilidade e restrições alimentares:

O Parque Mirante conta com estrutura de acessibilidade para acomodar necessidades especiais. Caso tenha alguma necessidade especial e queira sinalizar, envie um email para eventos-brasil@zendesk.com.

O evento terá chapelaria?
Nesta edição, o Showcase não terá chapelaria. Evite trazer malas ou grandes volumes.

Como será a alimentação?
O evento contará com welcome coffee, almoço e coffee break à tarde. Essas refeições serão gratuitas para todos os convidados. Ao final do evento, contaremos com um coquetel com bebidas e petiscos leves.
